If you entered the wrong skin name and the skin has already been sent, unfortunately, nothing can be done. However, if it hasn't been sent yet, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you entered the wrong server and Riot ID, and a player with that Riot ID exists and we send them the skin, unfortunately, nothing can be done. If not, there’s no issue — just contact us, and we’ll resolve it.
